Good morning - my boss has some very strange problems with his computer. We both have the same types of computer, versions of MS Office, operating system, etc., and we create Word documents in templates (which I created). When he re-opens a document that he had saved with all of our styles, in our template, the formatting is gone or just strange (e.g., a Heading 1 that was left justified 14pt font appeared centered with 16pt font). When I open the same document on my computer, everything is fine.

Also, when he cuts and pastes from one document into another, it loses all the formatting. However, again, when I do the same on my computer, same files, same template, etc., it works perfectly! It's a mystery. Anyone have any idea why this might be happening?
