Question: is there a program that will let me present a PPP on a iPad AND then sketch on top of the individual slide?

My university has adopted a 'lecture capture' software that is very limiting. I might be able to salvage something from this if I can:
1) Present from a tablet computer
2) have the ability to sketch on top of the individual slides
3) delete sketches when I advance to the next slide
