Tony, thanks for the tip. Unfortunately, the Auto Filter function does not seem to help. At least as far as I can see, it is possible to search for/filter only one word (or in my case company name). The problem is that I want to search for a whole set of names in a list of 100 or more names at a time so I don't have to go through the entire list for every name I am looking for.
