When I run Outlook 2007 and first try to create a New Email or Reply to an email I get an error message:
The Add-in "Fax Derver Extension" (fxsext32.dll) cannot be loaded and and has been disabled by Outlook. Please contact the Add-in manufacturer for an update. If no update is available, please uninstall the Add-in

When I type the new email and click on 'Spelling', 'Spelling and Grammer' I receive another error message:
"Cannot find proofing tools for English. If you have the proofing tools, try installing or re-installing them. Contact your local reseller to obtain the Office Proofing Tools. For more information, see the Microsoft Office Site.

Any advice or guidance appreciated please.
