when forwarding the email, then selecting the squares. the font is showing as Z_C00014.tmp (or some other number-letter combination.tmp) I've installed a right-to-left language pack in hopes that may help - it didn't.
I've installed fonts that were in XP and not used in Vista or Win 7 - didn't help.
