Can Word's search/replace recognise \([A-Z][A-Z][A-Z]\) and substitute \r\1? In other words, realise it's found a string of three capital letters and replace them with a paragraph mark followed the same string?

You could also try the same approach in a text editor, then paste the text back into Word and apply any formatting.
