Hi
Try a comination of these commands using Search and Replace:
1. Search for " ^t" - without the quotes of course.
2. Replace with ^t.
This will remove all entries of three spaces and a paragaph mark with a paragraph mark. It will only remove the spaces at the end of each paragraph. You will need to do this multiple time using the Alt+A command follow by clicking on OK each time until you see 0 items found. If you are left with anything remaining you can remove one of the spaces in the search criteria until such time as you achieve what you want.
It sound complex but it is not. You can replace the spaces in th search criteria with dots or whatever you need to remove.
