I need to connect a hotmail calendar that is open in Outlook with another persons Calendar that is a Uoftoronto email also used in outlook.

I need access to view and make edits and add appointments to the uoftoronto calendar from the hotmail calendar account (and have both individuals able to view everything).

Can someone guide me through setting this up so I can share the uoftoronto account and run that calendar with another person?
