Hi,

So, you are working 4 days per week, 10 hours per day from 5:30 pm to 4:00 am. I'm going to guess you start Monday at 5:30 pm and end on Friday at 4:00 am. For the purposes of the steps below, I am assuming you work from 5:30 pm until 12:30 am - break for 1/2 hour and re-start at 1:00 am and work until 4:00 am. If your break times are different - adjust as needed.

In Project 2010:
Project tab
  1. Change working time button to open the Change Working Time dialog box.
  2. Click the Work Weeks tab
  3. Click the Details button to open the Details for [Default] dialog.
  4. Click on Monday and click the button "Set these days to specific working times".
  5. Enter 5:30 pm in the From
  6. Enter 12:00 am in the To column
  7. Click on the number 2 to the left of the second row and hit the delete key on your keyboard to delete the second row of times.
  8. Click on Tuesday and Shift Click on Thursday to highlight Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
  9. Click the button "Set these day to specific working times"
  10. Enter 12:00 am in the From column
  11. Enter 12:30 am in the To
  12. Second Row
  13. Enter 1:00 am to 4:00 am
  14. Third Row
  15. Enter 5:30 pm to 12:00 am
  16. Click in the fourth row but do not enter anything
  17. Select Friday on the left and click the button "Set these days to specific working times"
  18. Enter 12:00 am in the From column
  19. Enter 12:30 am in the To column
  20. Second Row
  21. Enter 1:00 am to 4:00 am
  22. Click in the Third row but do not enter anything.
  23. Click the OK button to close the Details for [Default] dialog and return to the Change Working Time dialog.
  24. Click the Options button.
  25. Set the Default start to 5:30 pm
  26. Default end to 4:00 am
  27. Hours per day to 10
  28. Hours per week to 40.
  29. Click OK to close the Project Options dialog.
  30. Click OK to close the Change Working Time dialog.
I hope this helps. Post back with any further questions.

Julie
