Setting Outlook 2007 to check for new messages every 5 minutes

When I was using Windows Mail with Vista, it allowed to select "Check for new messages every XX minutes". I'm now using Win7 and Outlook, so how do I do that with Outlook 2007? Is it the same as "Schedule an automatic send/receive every XX minutes"?
