I just setup 20 of our laptops with office 2003 on them with Vista Business. This was replacing their workstations. On the workstations which both have 2003 and Vista shortcut keys worked fine in Word but for some reason they do not work on these notebooks. Trying Alt+0233 does not work can only insert them using Insert | Symbol.

When I go to wordpad or notepad the shortcuts work. Why doesn't this work?
