Hi uhlersa

Conditional formatting will achieve this. As per your sample data. Select the range of cells in column G (or the entire column) you wish to apply the formatting to. On the home tab > conditional formatting > new rule > use a formula to determine which cells to format. In the box Format values etc: =OR($G1=$J$1,$G1=$J$2,$G1=$J$3)
Format text, fill etc to your requirements.
