Default link conditional info in word based on excel list

Hi

I have 2 files:
  • 1 word file which is a letter to inform customers of new prices for products.
  • 1 excel file with a listing of products. A single customer number is repeated on several rows depending on the number of products liked to the customer
My idea was to:
  1. link the customer number from excel into the letter (getting also address etc as additional info on the letter). this is no problem.
  2. I want word to "read" the customer number is fetches from excel and use this to search (vlookup?) for available products to display in the letter, linked to the customer. Here I'm stuck. Maybe my approach is wrong but I need to end up with 1 letter per customer including a varying number of products listed in the letter. So I need colums C, D and E to display in the latter based on the customer number...
Any suggestions? I tried to find some things here but without succes it seems. Dummy files attached.

Thank's a lot in advance

stijn
