Since they're two (or more) separate tables, you can't have the heading from one become the heading for the other. You could, of course, bookmark the first table's header row(s), then insert a cross-reference to the bookmark immediately before the second table.

An alternative, if you want the same table header at the top of every page containing the tables, is to insert a 'Next page' section break before the first table and another Section break after the second table, unlink the header for both the tables Section and the Section following from the sections that precede them, then insert your header table into the page header for the tables section.
