Any ideas?
As a matter of fact, I do. I found this great information from another forum by someone who works with Microsoft office a lot. This is what he told me to do and it worked great:

.hmmessage P {margin:0px;padding:0px;} body.hmmessage {font-size:10pt;font-family:メイリオ;} The Word Data Key is corrupt: usually this is caused by Word being active
when an update is installed. You need to run Regedit, navigate to the key
and whilst DATA is selected, press Delete. Word will create a new key when it is restarted.

Word Data Key

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\12.0\W ord\Data

So, all you have to do is this:

  • Run Regedit (Registry Editor. I just did a search for regedit on my computer and it popped up. Then open the following folders
  • HKEY_CURRENT_USER
  • SOFTWARE
  • MICROSOFT
  • OFFICE
  • 12.0
  • WORD
  • DATA (Select data and delete it.)
I hope this helps you out. I was a little nervous doing it at first and after the second time it happened, I decided to do. And it worked just great!

Best of luck!
