Pivot Table Issue

Hi,
Hope you can help with a Pivot Table issue.
In my data fields there are blanks and Yes's.
I only want to show a 1 in the PT where there is a Yes in the data but it's showing a 1 for both Blanks and Yes's.
What do I need to configure to change this?
