Default converting arabic text pdf to word messes up text
I've exported a pdf with both Arabic & English text to word 2007 but the Arabic text seems to have been messed up in the process, even after I installed the Arabic language pack to Windows. I'm not sure if this is down to Acrobat or Word, but it doesn’t happen when I export an English text pdf to word.

This reminds me of the sort of mess OCR can sometimes make of text, but that may be irrelevant.

Any ideas about what's going on & what I can do about it welcomed!
