Default Macro to export email to text file on send depending on category

Hi,

Here's what I'm trying to do:

1.Compose an email
2.Categorize it
3.Send it
4.When it sends if it matches a specified category it exports/saves the email as a text file
5.Import the text file to Excel when needed

I need help with step 4, please. I've seen plenty of code to export email to text but not as I've described above. Please let me know if you can help with this. Thank you so much!
