Default Need help creating a data base for mail merge.

Hey guys, first time poster, I really hope you guys can help me out, i'm going crazy.

I want to create a data base for a mail merge in word. I bascially found a data base online, copied and pasted it into word, and that worked fine.

Now I found another similar database online, after copying and pasting it (it looks fine and organized after the pasting) word won't let me use it as a data base.

Here is the list I am talking about, can one of you tell me how I have to format it?

Type in Newark into the search. Thats the list I want to use. Please help, thanks in advance.
