Default Button Filtering Data in a 2010 Report

Hi

I have a word document report and would like to provide some controls for the reader. The whole text is 10,000 words and about 30 pages, written in Word 2010.

The last 20 pages are divided up into 10 process areas. Each process area has a title formatted in the same font as all the document text but highlighted bold and 6pts larger in size.

The process areas are divided up into 6 sub process areas, the sub process areas have titles formatted in the same font as all the document text but highlighted bold, same size.

Ideally I need to have a hyperlink / button at the top of the document that will allow the user to

· -Only show one process area and all its sub process areas
· -Only show one sub process area from all process areas (including process area titles)

I’m not sure how to handle returning to full view though, perhaps the same hyperlink / button would be pressed again or maybe a floating button? I don’t want to have lots of links in the main document to return to normal view.

Another thing is I need the document, even if it is saved by the user to always open in full extended view not filtered.
I hope you can help me with this. I guess I will have to include some kind of bookmark / meta to make this happen.

Thanks R
