Thanks for your help.Don't know how to and didn't see anything about that online for solutions. Guess I should back up all my files first then where can I find how to do this? Will this fix it? Don't understand why this occurred all of a sudden when I have been running this program on this computer for a few yrs now since I bought it. Thinking either some update did something or maybe something in firefox last update.
