Effective Copy Prevention
Hello everyone,
I am new here and really glad I found this interesting forum - maybe you can help me with my question below:
When I design PPT(X) presentations I usually take a lot of time and care to perfect them. That is also the reason why I am somewhat paranoid about others (colleagues, competitors etc) stealing my hard work. I particularly want to prevent others from picking detailed photos or intricate tables and just adapt them for their purposes. I dont mind so much the whole slide to be used as is.
Ideally I would do the following:
1. Prepare the original presentation in Powerpoint with large photos (usually PNGs)
2. Produce a PDF or even better print the presentation in a flattened picture format in a certain resolution (e.g. JPG slides)
3. Create a new empty Powerpoint file and one by one import the pictures from step 2 into the background of every new slide.
4. The result is a PPT(X) presentation you can not easily disect.
Can I ask the experts, if there is a more efficient way of achieving this or automating the above steps?
Any help would be gratly appreciated!
