Please help.

When the user opens a word attachment on ms Outlook 2007, it gives a message on word status bar that its connecting to a printer. then the document takes long to open.

This only happens when the user is connected via G and vpn.

When the user is online the attachments open with no problem,

Any idea how to fix this?
