Word 2007 to PDF, hyperlinks opening in same webpage

Hi,

When I convert word 2007 documents to pdf documents, and open them as a webpage, the hyperlinks open in the same page, is there any way i can make the hyperlinks open in a new webpage (urgent)....thanks a million in advance for your replies
