I need to include 2 additional placeholders in my Title Slide so that I can have a Title, Subtitle, Speaker Name and Business Title. But when I include the two additional placeholders into the cover slide the slide thumbnail disapear from the Design Ribbon.

How can I add field to the Title Slide and keep a thumbnail in the Design Ribbon?
