Duplicating form fields (check-boxes)
Hello!
I'm using the form check-box fields as symbols in our documents — no form locking or filling, the documents are always in the edit mode regarding the forms.
More text is constantly being added to the documents, mainly by copying a sample, appending it to the document and changing some data.
The problem I'm encountering now (after some software re-install, although I still have Win XP and Office 2003) is that if I copy some text that contains form check-boxes and paste it into another place in the (same) document, the check-boxes that were copied breaks upon the next document save.
At first, after the check-boxes are copied, they look all right: grey background, black border. When I click "Save", the copied original and the copies become grey without the black border. If I close Word and re-open the document, the original and the copied check-boxes are completely disappeared.
There have also been cases earlier when instead of check-boxes breaking and disappearing, they turned to text input fields instead.
Does anyone know what is happening here? What do you suggest me to do to accomplish the copying. I've been copying form check-boxes some time ago with no problems, so it must be possible.
Thanks!
