OK. Text boundaries may display as horizontal lines next to a wrapped object. That doesn't appear to be the case in your document.

Another thing to check: Is the Vertical Alignment set to "Justified"? Then change it back to "Top." You'll find the option in the Page Setup dialog box.

To display the dialog, you can double-click the vertical ruler.
