I send out survey emails on a bi-weekly basis which consists of a link in the body of the email that points to our Survey Monkey account.

I have to basically create a mail merge via data from excel into a letter format in Word and then go in an manually change each survey link to display what our company wants the link to be shown as, then copy the body of the letter into an email and send out.

There just has to be a better way to do this. I'm unable to do an email merge directly from Excel or Word because we do not want our survey links to show as http://..... And if I try to do a mass change to Text to Display in Excel before the merge, it doesn't bring over the hyperlink, just the display text.

Does anyone know of a fix?
