Hi
Your issue may be something to do with where you got your data from.
You may have "white spaces" at the beginning of your fields etc.
Try copying your data into a Word table first and turn on the "Show/Hide" button. This will show you whether you have strange characters wrapped around your data, which you can then remove before copying it back to Excel.
