Turn on display of non-printing formatting characters. It is the backwards "P" on your toolbar. You can also toggle this setting by pressing Ctrl-* (Ctrl-Shift-8).

There is either a page break, a series of paragraph marks, or the paragraph following this has a paragraph setting of page break before.
