Default Forwarding entire inbox to another account

This may be a bonehead question, but I need a bit of help. My main system (Win7/Office 2010)is failing and needs to be sent in for repair. I have a very good backup system (WinXP/Office 2003). I will have no issue accessing my new e-mails from my ISP server, however, I'd like to be able to get to already-received mail for reference. This is a temporary workaround... I hope.

I have a backup account on my ISP, and here's what I want to do: I'd like to forward (or otherwise send) my entire inbox from my failing system to the backup account ID on my ISP server. From there I can retrieve them into my Outlook 2003 on my backup system. I don't want to move the inbox, merely copy it. Now I could forward them one at a time, but my failing system gives me only about five minutes or so of operational time before freezing up/blue screening/otherwise becoming useless.

Any suggestions for my workaround approach?
