What do you mean by "continuous page break"? The closest thing that Word offers is a continuous section break, which would add a paragraph mark if the break was at the very bottom of a page. The formatting fix I suggested in my previous post would take care of it.

Unfortunately, there is no single place where you can learn "everything" about Word. Late MVP Shauna Kelly collected a large number of helpful articles on her web site www.shaunakelly.com, and you should start with reading on styles and templates:
