Office 2011 - Mac Air 2012

When I move an email out of my inbox to a folder under my inbox it appears in the folder for a bit. However when my email syncs with the server and I watch the folder that I moved the email to, it deletes it. However it deletes it such that I can no longer find it anywhere.

This is huge problem as I have my emails very organized on folders.

Anyone else see this?
