Default Macro to conditionally delete rows

Hi
I'm a very basic Excel user. I have about 60 spreadsheets with up to 200 rows of information. Column H can contain one of two values: N or Y. I would like to delete all the rows that have an N in that column. Can anyone suggest a macro or similar to do that?
Thanks
