I sent out an email into which I had inserted a hyperlink to a document that I had saved in Sharefile. I tested the link by sending a copy of the email to myself and it worked. I then sent the email by oulook mail merge to 1500 members ( email data taken from Excel 2003 spreadsheet ) and at email 515 out of 1500 the link broke? Does anyone have any idea what might be happening here and how to stop this happening again. My PC is Windows XP and we are still usinfOffice 2003
