Well here it is--except the very last page. Now, I just need to figure out how I did it. This link was very helpfull. You must divide the first 3 pages into sections--insert\break\next page.
On page four, with your highlight on the paragraph in the header box, click "format page number" from the header/footber toolbar. In number format select roman numerals. And then select start on page ii.
Close the toolbar and move the pointer down to page seven with the highlight on the paragraph mark in the header. So the same procedure as in page four only select Arabic numbers and start on page 1.
Then go to the main toolbarr and click file\page setup\layout and select "different first page". If you can't get it, I will go thorugh it step-by-step from 0100 to 0500 this morning and post. I guess I could also do page 301 by then. Let me know if you still need some help.
