Hi everyone,

I have an issue with pictures that I try to insert in a header / footer, or when using right-click change picture when an image is already there.
When I have the exact same size pic and use the right-click change picture feature down the submenu, then there are no issues.

However, I want newly inserted pictures centered and rendered at 100% everytime, whether are not there is already a picture there and of the same size.

However, Word scales the pictures down. Then if I change the scale back to 100%, it pushes the pictures to the right hand side of the screen forcing me to adjust it myself to a centered position.



Either there is something I am doing wrong or the program has flaws and I should just accept them as they are.

Can someone guide me here?
