Hi Cindra,

Charles' document doesn't preserve the underlining or caps when I protect it either.

Here's a workaround:
• create a character Style named, say, 'FFCapUl', with the font set to 'Single underline' with automatic colouring and 'All Caps';
• apply the 'FFCapUl' character Style to each formfield you want formatted that way.
If there are other formfields you want underlined only, do likewise with another character style named, say, 'FFUl' (with the font set to 'Single underline' with automatic colouring).

Now, when you protect the document, the formatting will hold.
