I'm wondering if there is either an identified bug or a Word option I am missing that is causing an offshore colleague's problem.

He is pulling PNG files created by our graphics team here from SharePoint and either pasting or inserting them into a Word docx. All are stretching to the margins, even when they are less wide at 100%. We tried to duplicate the porcess here, but everything worked fine. I may have to set up a video conference so that I can see what's happening abroad, but thought I'd query this board first.

He is working in Office 2007, we in 2010, if that could be the issue, as it has been with certain auto-numbering bugs.
