OK. So, you want the headings to show up in your TOC, but not in the printed document?

Otherwise, change the formatting of the Style Heading 2 to white. That way, it is one quick change rather than scouting through your document. (With the Navigation pane in Word 2010 finding all Heading 2 is very easy anyway, but changing the formatting directly would be a pain.)
