I'm using Word 2003 & have a document of several hundred pages that is divided into chapters (Header 1) & sections (Header 2).

I need to be able to see & retrieve the Header 2s when working on the document, but would like to print w/o seeing section headers.

I know I can make the section headers invisible by changing their font color to white at print time but was wondering if there was a more automatic way of having Word know to not print lower level headers. Also, if possible, having them disappear in Reading Layout View mode.
