Hello everyone. First post here. Need some help with Outlook 2002.

I've got a user who receives E-Mail messages with strange Rectangles. No text, but numbers do show up. I double click on the E-Mail message, and then select View --> Encoding --> I then see Western European (ISO) selected. When I change the Encoding to Unicode (UTF-8) or Unicode (UTF-7), I'm able to see all characters, and read the message. So there is some type of Encoding issue. The user only gets these errors when somebody from inside the company sends her E-Mails.

Does anybody know a permanent way to fix this problem? Thank you in advance!
