Hi Laura
If you are still having the issue try this.
Open your document and select all text. Ctrl+C to copy.
Open a text editor (such as Notepad) and paste the text (this will have the effect of losing any formatting from Word.
Save the document in the text editor application.
Select all the text from the text editor document and re-paste into a new Word document and see if you get the same issue.
If this works all you will need to do is reformat the text.
