I have several pages of forms that need to be filled in manually. They each have text fields on the forms where the info goes. My question is that on every page we need to have the person's name and ID #. I have to manually put in their name and ID # on every page, which is very time consuming as there are over 20 pages per person. Is there any way that I can link fields together where let's say that on the first page I type in the person's name and ID # and on every other page it is already filled in. If this is not possible to do in word, is there any other options that you know of that would help? I would really appreciate it since I have been diagnosed with carpal tunnel syndrome and I need to help to reduce the burden on my wrist.
