Let me address a common question: I have uninstalled/reinstalled a M$ product, e.g., Word, Excel, etc., and I still have the same problem

Okay, first Uninstall is NOT what you think it is, because the data of certain Registries remain, i.e., Window's "remembers"

So, what you have to do is wipe the Registries clean, and the product I use is the FREE program ReVo Uninstaller when I want to COMPLETELY AND ABSOLUTELY remove a program

If you go this route, you will be asked how much of a program you want removed, CHECK EVERYTHING

Now, reinstall the program

To better understand my point, have you ever tried a program, the time elapsed, you uninstalled the program, and then reinstalled the program, but the programs "knows" what you are doing

Well, certain things remain in the Registry

With Revo Uninstaller you can reinstall a program and run it again

(Why I don't suggest doing this besides cheating is it gets to be a hassle; and indeed, if I like a program well enough to want to do this cheating, why not buy the program as a reward for good program writing)
