I was the one who did the install and I have since un-installed and re-installed Office 2007. Both times I chose to install the complete package.

I tried the uninstall from "Programs and Features" again just to see if I could choose to install the Help files, but it didn't offer that option.

I am getting ready to do a clean 'Format and install of Windows 7' on another disk and see if that will correct this and one other problem that I have been having. I believe that my Registry is corrupted and it may have passed the point of repair. I'll save my "C:" drive and replace it with another drive to install Windows and see what happens. I have the time and it will occupy my mind for a day.
