Perhaps, then, instead of boasting about it being "free", which ultimately it wasn't (ie someone paid for it), and creating the impression you might have been seeking help with pirated software - which no self-respecting forum will do - it would have been more prudent for you to have stuck to the relevent issues.

There are numerous factors that could prevent updates being applied, including your system update settings (not Office settings) that are managed via the Windows Control Panel and whether you have the latest version of MS update installed. How did you obtain these updates (eg Automatic Update or manual download)? Which updates are they (ie kb#)?

Note too that some updates cannot be installed unless other required updates (to office or Windows) have already been installed. Some updates may be listed that haven't finished downloading yet and still others will only be applicable to certain configurations. You say you:
