In Word, using a wildcard Find/Replace, where:
Find = [!^13 ]{75,127}^13
replace = nothing
will delete all lines with 75-127 characters without spaces. Since I don't know your actual MIME code line lengths, you may need adjust the 75 or 127 to expand the range.
