Sounds like you've messed up the paragraph indents. Select the paragraph(s) concerned, then right-click and choose 'Paragraph'. In the Indentation area, set the 'after text'/'right indent' value to 0. Then click on 'Tabs' and clear any tab stops that have values greater than your margin width. When you've done both these things, click OK.
