Default Displaying Work Week instead of date in a column.

Hi MS Project Experts,

I want to display work week in a new column for a Start or Finish date. I looked thorugh all kinds of options but could not find it. I want to however maintain the columns I had originally displayed for the "Start" or "Finish" date. How do I go about doing this?
